Annual Monitoring Report: Housing Commitments

Housing Commitments front coverHousing Commitments Reports are produced annually to monitor house building across the Royal Borough. The report looks at commitments for sites that have been granted planning permission (hard commitments) and those that have been identified in principle as being suitable for development (soft commitments) in the monitoring year.

In line with regional requirements, housing provision in the South East should be monitored in terms of net dwelling increase from all sources, including conversions and redevelopment. Therefore changes to the housing stock arising from new build developments, conversions, demolitions and changes of use are monitored.

The most recent Housing Commitments documents are available to view and download below.
