Evidence Base

As a starting point, the Local Development Framework (LDF) has to be based on a robust and credible evidence base.  In order to ensure this, the Council has undertaken a number of monitoring reports and specialist studies.  These will be updated and supplemented with additional evidence over time.

The list below indicates the main reports and studies considered to contribute to the evidence base, split into future, ongoing and completed work.  Please note that in the case of annual monitoring reports or updated studies, only the most up-to-date version is included.
