Annual Monitoring Report: Employment Commitments

Employment Commitments Reports are produced annually to monitor employment floorspace across the Royal Borough.  Detailed schedules of individual commitments which have been granted planning permission (hard commitments) and those that have been identified in principle as being suitable for employment development (soft commitments) are monitored in this report.  Details of development progress are given so that schemes not yet started, those under construction and those completed in each monitoring year can be identified.
