Employment in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is concentrated particularly in the Service and office-based sectors. There are many hi-tech and pharmaceutical companies located here. Tourism generates jobs directly at Legoland and other attractions such as Windsor Castle, but also accounts for the sizeable distribution, hotel and restaurant sector.
