Planning Documents Consultation System

The council has established an electronic consultation system (external link) which enables individuals to register on the consultation database, make representations on consultation documents online and view all comments which have been made.

We encourage the use of this electronic system which is easy to use, will acknowledge and provide you with a copy of your comments, if required, and will enable the efficient analysis of comments received. There is a Site Tour Guide to help you through the process, but should you need any help please contact the Planning and Development Unit who will be pleased to help.

If you would like to use the electronic consultation system, you will need to register yourself. You will receive an acknowledgement email with your password which can be used to submit comments on documents during their consultation periods. You need only register yourself once on the system. If you forget your password you may generate a new one. Only your name, organisation and comments will be publicly available for others to view.

While we encourage the use of the electronic consultation system (external link), paper copies of documents, representation forms and representations received will continue to be available.

To view and comment on consultation documents please follow the Consultation Documents (External Link).
