Conservation Consultation Draft Appraisals

Furze Platt Triangle

A new Conservation Area has been designated within the Furze Platt area of Maidenhead. The area proposed for designation comprises the 'triangle' created by Linden Avenue, Courthouse Road and Furze Platt Road.

The proposed Conservation Area and related appraisal document were approved at the Cabinet Meeting of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on 15 December 2011. The document considered by Cabinet is available below. A final version of the document, including any amendments proposed during the public consultation process, will be published on the Council website shortly.

Amended Conservation Area Appraisal documents were endorsed at the Cabinet Meeting of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on 26th November 2009. The appraisal documents considered by Cabinet are available below. Final versions of the documents will be published on the Council website in due course.
