Conservation Consultation Draft Appraisals
The Council is producing a new appraisal document for the Bray Village Conservation Area. The appraisal document also includes a Five Year Management Plan, including proposals to apply additional planning controls to some properties within the area.
The Council carried out a four-week consultation exercise from Monday 29th September 2008 until Monday 27th October 2008.
The comments received during this period have now been summarised and
are included in the document:- 'Bray Village Conservation Area
Appraisal: Summary of Consultation Exercise, Responses and Proposed
Amendments'. Following the consultation exercise some amendments have
been proposed to the Appraisal Document and Appendices which will be considered
by the Council's Cabinet at a meeting on 22nd January 2009.
