Conservation Areas Frequently Asked Questions

The Conservation Section has a programme to produce Conservation Area Appraisals for the various Conservation Areas within the Borough.  These are descriptive documents that outline the special character and appearance of the individual Conservation Areas.  Appraisal documents are currently available for 17 of the  Conservation Areas and further details can be accessed on our Conservation Areas web page.

Printed versions  of the full Appraisal documents are available at £5 each from the Conservation Section, RBWM, York Stream House, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1QS (cheques should be made payable to RBWM).
