Broadway/King Street/Queen Street Triangle Planning Brief

The Council has adopted a Planning Brief for the Broadway/King Street/Queen Street Triangle site in Maidenhead Town Centre. This guides the redevelopment of this core area of the Town Centre. The Planning Brief sets out the planning policy context, the preferred land uses and key urban design principles for the site. It also addresses a number of important issues relating to the delivery and implementation of development proposals.

The Council held a six-week period of consultation between 15th August and 26th September 2008. Comments received on the Draft Planning Brief were considered before the document was finalised and reported to a meeting of the Council's Cabinet on the 18th December 2008.
