Berkshire Strategic Housing Market Assessment

The Berkshire Strategic Housing Market Assessment (BSHMA) was undertaken in accordance with Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing to consider the dynamics and drivers of the local housing market.  The assessment was undertaken on a joint basis across the six Berkshire local authorities and benefited from stakeholder involvement.  The recommendations of the assessment will help inform the Local Development Framework.
