Yes, if you believe that a breach of planning control has occurred you may make a complaint. Please be prepared to identify yourself so that your complaint may be investigated fully.

Under the Data Protection Act, the name and address, or any other contact details, will not be disclosed. The identity of complainants will remain confidential except where this is necessary in investigations that result in legal proceedings.
