Planning Application Forms

From 6 April 2008 the Borough will be adopting the national planning application form (1APP as it is known) which will become the only legal application form. For more details please click the 1APP link to the right.

You may make your application online via the link to the Planning Portal on the right. You should refer to our customer guide "Applying Online" and be aware the Portal  provide a number of tools and guides to help you prepare your application and submit it to us.

If you are not able to access the Portal you can download and print paper copies of the forms from the links below. Please remember that you will still have to supply paper copies of all the required supporting documents and copies of plans. You will also have to calculate the necessary fees.

These forms should not be used to send applications to other local planning authorities as their local validation requirements may differ.
