Structure of the Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership

The Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership (CYPSP) has recently been restructured to align itself with the 5 key outcomes for children and to ensure that we can meet the requirements within the Children Act 2004 and the Change for Children programme.  The new structure consists of an Executive Board, a Co-ordination and Implementation Group and sub groups based on the 5 outcomes or on a specific age range.

The CYPSP feeds into the wider Local Strategic Partnership, facilitating the development of joint working across a broad range of local organisations from all sectors of the community, in the delivery of services to children and young people.  Further details of the function of the groups, including a diagram outlining the Partnership's structure, are outlined on the following pages.
