Corporate Strategy

The Corporate Strategy is a document that residents, staff and partner agencies can use to see what the Council aims to achieve, how well it is performing, what the priorities are for the current year, how the Council will measure performance and how it uses resources.

The Strategy focuses on how the Council will achieve its four strategic objectives:

• Residents First
• Value for Money
• Delivering Together
• Equipping Ourselves for the Future

Progress against this strategy will be reported during 2010.
