Parks Frequently Asked Questions

Dogs are welcome in the parks but we ask owners to adhere to 'The Dog (Fouling of Land) Act 1996 - which states that "it is illegal to fail to clear up after your dog if it fouls any land which is open to the air and to which the public have access to".

Dogs are not allowed in the fenced play areas. They must also be kept on a lead when on or adjacent to a sports pitch and must not be allowed to cause a nuisance to wildlife.
