Desborough Park and Play Area
Awarded to Desborough in July 2011 for the third year in recognition of achieving the national standard for parks and green spaces in England & Wales.
Access to the Park is from The Croft, Fane Way or Desborough Crescent. A small public car park is available at The Croft. For location details of the Park please follow this Multimap Link : Desborough Park.
Desborough Park covers almost 5 hectares and is located within the built up residential area of south west Maidenhead. The Park caters for a wide range of users with its facilities for sports and casual recreation. An unusual feature is 'Floras Garden', a sculpture placed in the Park in connection with the Sustrans National Cycle Route which runs through the site.

Since 2006 there have been many improvements to the Park, developed in consultation with local residents and users to ensure that the needs of the local community are met.
