Parking Season Tickets

Season tickets are subject to availability at a number of car parks in Windsor and Maidenhead. Prices and car park details are listed below.

All tickets will expire either 30th September or 31st March. The maximum term is until the 31st of the following March.

To apply for a season ticket for Maidenhead , please link to the Maidenhead on-line season ticket form or for the Windsor/Eton area link to the Windsor/Eton area on-line season ticket form. Once your form has been received, an invoice will be prepared awaiting receipt of payment.

Once payment has been received the season ticket will be issued.

Renewal

Season Tickets are renewable. A letter and application form will be sent approximately 4-6 weeks before the expiry date of the Season Ticket. Once the form is completed and returned an invoice will be sent. On payment of this invoice the new tickets/permits will be issued. We can only guarantee the same number of season tickets as originally held (subject to any changes in the terms of the car park or if removed by the Council), any extra tickets/permits will be subject to availability.

Changes

If the Tickets are in the Company Name this can be used on any car used by the company without a problem. If the ticket is in a persons name or registration number this will need to be changed if the details change. The permit will need to be returned to the address below with a covering letter. A new permit will be issued to the permit holder. During the period of the change a note will need to be placed in the car along with a copy of the old permit to try to ensure that parking fines are not incurred.

Cancellation:

Season Tickets may be cancelled at any time. To cancel a ticket/permit the ticket/permit needs to be returned to the address below with a covering letter. A refund can then be arranged to the person/company who paid the original invoice. Refunds can only be done on the whole months remaining on the ticket.

Please note: The Council reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of a lost/stolen ticket.
