Resident's permits are available for parking in certain roads in Central Windsor, Maidenhead,Courtlands, Cookham High Street, Bray, Eton & Datchet. The main conditions are:
- They are available only to Residents who have just one off-road parking space at their property or none at all. "Parking Space" means a driveway, garage, or hard-standing.
- A Permit does not guarantee a parking space - it allows parking in the relevant zone.
- Permits are not transferable & cannot be used on other cars or in different zones.
- There is a separate zone in Windsor for security reasons. Special permits are available. Normal green Permits are not valid. The roads are; Bridgewater Terrace, Sheet St., Arthur Road (town end - numbers 19 - 87), Park St., & Charles St Service Road.
- Permits are valid from the 1st of the month of application for 12 months.
- A renewal letter will be sent 4-6 weeks before expiry.
- An application form is mandatory and must be accompanied by Proof of Residency, (Council Tax Bill, Tenancy Agreement, Recent Utility Bill), * Proof of Vehicle Ownership, (DVLA Form, Insurance Document) * and the relevant fee.
