Online Resident Permit Renewals

With immediate effect it is possible to Renew your Resident Permit on line. You will still receive your Renewal Form in the usual way but you will be able to choose between sending the form back with or without the cheque or more simply by completing the online form where instant payment is available. If this proves successful this will be rolled out to more products ie Resident Permit applications, Season Ticket Applications and other products that we deal with.

Pay by Phone extended to all Car Parks and on-street parking

With effect from 15th April the Pay by Phone option will be extended to all Council Car Parks and on-street parking. For details of the Press Release giving more information please see the PDF below. Tariff Changes with effect from 15 April 2013
