You can pay your parking contravention in any of the following ways:

Please note: you will need to allow at least one working day from when your penalty charge notice was issued before payment can be made.

  • In person - cash (via the kiosk in the Customer Service Centre)
  • In person or by post - cheque - (payable to RBWM) to the address on the ticket or dropped in the Cheque Deposit Box in the Town Hall, Maidenhead or Sheet Street offices in Windsor.
  • On-line - by using our online facility.
  • Over the phone - payments can be paid over the telephone with a credit or debit card by ringing 01628 683800 and quoting the details found on your parking ticket. You can also use our  24 Hour telephone number 01628 683888 to make payments by card and using touchtone technology.
