Information for users with Vista and newer browsers

Before using Online Payments or the My Account service, you should ensure that the box "Use SSL 2.0" is ticked in the security options in your browser. This box may become unchecked after Microsoft automatic updates, and this can affect performance of the online payments service.

To do this, open your internet browser and go to Tools, then Internet Options.
Click on the Advanced Tab and scroll down until you see the following settings:

Ensure that "Use SSL 2.0" is ticked then click on OK.
