Is there a way to avoid errors when I enter my password?
Type the password in slowly, and also check that you have not left the CapsLock or NumLock buttons on accidentally.
Another way to reduce errors when you get the e-mail with your password in it, is to copy the password and then paste it into the Portal Login screen password field.
