The Friends of Windsor & Royal Borough Museum

The Friends of Windsor & Royal Borough Museum - formerly the Friends of the Royal Borough Museum Collection is a thriving group dedicated to making the history of the local area available to a wider public.

They have an annual programme of talks and social events and members receive a newsletter 3 times a year.

Volunteers

Volunteers from this group support the work of the Heritage Development Officer both at the Museum Store and in mounting and stewarding exhibitions and activities.

They are also available by appointment on Wednesday mornings at the Museum Store to help visitors with enquiries and research.
