The Friends of Windsor & Royal Borough Museum

The Friends of Windsor & Royal Borough Museum - is a thriving group dedicated to making the history of the local area available to a wider public.

Since 1991 their work has been focussed on a campaign for a Museum in Windsor.

They are delighted with the new Museum in The Guildhall, and their fundraising provided money for the museum interactivities. The Friends are a registered charity no. 1115540. The Friends are continuing their campaign to raise money to support the Borough's development of the Museum displays and services.

They have an annual programme of talks and social events and members receive a newsletter 3 times a year.
