Museum Frequently Asked Questions

In general we don't hold genealogical papers or sources but we can suggest other places that do. If your ancestor was a Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead we may have some information. The Local Studies departments based in Maidenhead and Windsor libraries may be able to help you further.

Please also visit the Local History webpage. Other organisations that may be able to help you include Maidenhead Heritage Centre, Berkshire Record Office or the Berks Family History Society or Public Records Office.
