Horton & Wraysbury is the most easterly ward in the Borough, bordering Slough and Spelthorne to the north and east respectively. The ward is divided in half by the railway line, and to the north of the line is Horton and to the south Wraysbury. Both villages have relatively few shops and housing is low density. In Horton & Wraysbury 92% of land is within the green belt and 58% of the land is in the flood plain. The majority of the ward is agricultural space and water, including the Queen Mother Reservoir and numerous gravel pits.
