Brief Ward Information

North of the Thames and to the east of the Borough, Datchet borders Horton & Wraysbury to the east, Old Windsor to the south, and Eton and Castle to the west. To the north, the ward borders Slough Borough.

The ward is a mixture of residential areas, centred around Datchet village, and more rural areas to the east. In Datchet 82% of land is within the green belt and 51% is in the flood plain. The railway line between London and Windsor & Eton Riverside runs through the ward, as does the M4.
