Booking the Mayor

All invitations to attend events should be made through the Mayor`s Office.

Invitations should not be made directly to the Mayor.

The Mayor is constantly in demand and, on average, may attend between 600 - 650 engagements each year. It is therefore important that, when booking the Mayor, sufficient notice is given. Please allow at least 6-7 weeks if possible as it is unlikely that the Mayor will be able to accept late requests. The Mayor's Personal Assistant can advise organisations on the availability of the Mayor prior to a booking being made.
