Members of the Development Control Panels

The three Development Control Panels are responsible for making decisions on the planning applications received by the Council.

The Maidenhead Development Control Panel covers the northern part of the Borough i.e. Maidenhead and the surrounding villages (Belmont, Bisham & Cookham, Boyn Hill, Bray, Cox Green, Furze Platt, Hurley & the Walthams, Oldfield, Pinkneys Green and Maidenhead Riverside Wards).

The Windsor Urban Development Control Panel covers the urban are of Windsor i.e. (Castle Without, Clewer North, Clewer South, Clewer East, Eton & Castle, Eton Wick, Datchet, Park).

The Windsor Rural Development Control Panel covers the southern part of the Borough i.e. Ascot area an the surrounding villages (Ascot & Cheapside, Horton & Wraysbury, Old Windsor, Sunningdale and Sunninghill & South Ascot Wards).

The Panels meet monthly at 7.00pm on a Wednesday and are made up of Councillors from the relevant parts of the Borough. The Windsor Development Control Panel meets in the Guildhall, High Street, Windsor and in the Maidenhead Development Control Panel meets in the Town Hall, Maidenhead.

The public are welcome to attend these Panels and listen to the debate, or you can speak directly to the councillors who make the decisions on planning applications.
