The Council meets about nine times a year. The Cabinet meets monthly and the various Overview and Scrutiny Panels meet, on average, bi-monthly. Other Committees, Panels and Forums meet between three and five times a year. The two Development Control Panels meet every four weeks to consider planning applications.
