Apologies for Absence

Minutes from Last Conference - To receive the Minutes from the last Conference held on 16 February 2010.

Borough Park User Groups (Adopt-a-Park) - Kevin Mist, the Royal Borough's Head of Leisure Services, will be in attendance to present on the Borough's Park User Groups

Scores on the Doors - Gillian Taylor, the Borough's Environmental Health Manager, will demonstrate to the Conference the Borough's 'Scores on the Doors' website. The new website offers food hygiene and safety information for businesses in the Borough

Recyclebank - A representative from Recyclebank will be in attendance to present on the rollout of the Borough's Recyclebank scheme.

Presentation at Next Conference - The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in. Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in October 2010.

Date of Next Conference - 26 October 2010.

N.B. In consultation with the Chairman of DALC, it was agreed that two issues would be dealt with by way of an information leaflet rather than a discussion item for the agenda (Code of Conduct and Funding to Parishes). These will be available at the meeting.
