To receive a verbal update on the issue relating to the potential overcharging of residents in Windsor Housing's sheltered accommodation of service charges in 2009/10.

Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NUS Foundation Trust - Update on Financial Situation
To receive and update on the Trust's proposals to reduce staffing levels as part of the improvements to clinical service efficiency.

Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public
To consider passing the following resolution:-

"That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 10 and 11 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 2 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act"
