MINUTES
To confirm the minutes of the Forum's meeting held on 24 February 2010.

ITEMS

i) Business rates update (Margaret Whitby from the Valuation Office Agency and the Chairman to update the Forum).

ii) Requests by a local resident, Vittorio Orsatti:
• Request for Residents' Parking Scheme in St Ives Road, Maidenhead (the Parking Technical Manager, Iain Wallace, to update the Forum).
• Measures to reduce the noise due to cars speeding in St Ives Road, Maidenhead.

iii) An update on the Community day within the Royal Borough (the Community & Business Partnership Manager, Harjit Hunjan, to update the Forum).

iv) An update on the banners on the street lights in Maidenhead (the Principal
Street Lighting Engineer, Alan Marshall to update the Forum).

DATE OF NEXT MEETING AND ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
The date of the next meeting is Thursday 7 October 2010 and will be held at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Maidenhead.
