To consider the report being submitted to Cabinet on 25 March 2010 setting out changes to the provision of Coroners' Officers in Berkshire.

Improving Services to Our Customers Using Lean Systems Thinking (pdf 61kb)
To consider the report being submitted to Cabinet on 25 March 2010 seeking authority to invest £180K in Lean Systems Thinking capabilities in order to build on the excellent foundations that have already been established.

Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public

'That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on item 8 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act'
