MINUTES
To confirm the minutes of the Forum's meeting held on 1 October 2009.

ITEMS

1. An update on a question submitted be a member of the public regarding evening noise disturbance in Maidenhead Town Centre (the Environmental Protection Team Leader, Philip Turner, to update the Forum).
2. Business rates and on-line petitions update (requested by Councillor Mrs Hunt - the Chairman to update the Forum).
3. 'How vulnerable residents were affected by the recent bad weather' (requested by Councillor Mrs Herdson - the Head of Highways & Engineering, Stephen Brown, to update the Forum).
4. 'The proposed installation of traffic lights at junctions on the A4 between Castle Hill and Maidenhead Bridge' (requested by Bob Dulson - the Development Control Manager, Graham Stallwood, to update the Forum).
5. 'Thames Bridge Refurbishment' (Verbal report by the Head of Highways & Engineering, Stephen Brown).
   (In accordance with section 100B (4) (b) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Chairman of the Maidenhead Town Forum has agreed to consider this as an urgent due to the need to consider at this meeting the launch of the full PR strategy and the work that will start immediately after Easter.)

The date of the next meeting is to be advised and will be held at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Maidenhead.
