Minutes from Last Conference - To receive the Minutes from the last Conference held on 29 October 2009.

Rural affordable Housing - Arlene Kersley, Rural Housing Enabler at Community Council Berkshire, will present on Rural Affordable Housing.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Adopt-A-Street - Harjit Hunjan, the Royal Borough's Community and Business Partnerships Manager, will be in attendance to provide the Conference with an overview of the Adopt-A-Street scheme.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Winter Weather Updates - Ian Trenholm, Chief Executive, will address the Conference in relation to the updates issued by the Council during the recent bad weather.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Sustainable Sunningdale - Representatives from Sunningdale Parish Council will present to the Conference on the Parish Council's Sustainable Strategy scheme.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Presentation at Next Conference - The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in. Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in June 2010.

Date of Next Conference - To be confirmed (June 2010).

N.B. In consultation with the Chairman of DALC, it was agreed that one issue would be dealt with by way of an information leaflet rather than a discussion item for the agenda (Gully Clearance pdf 10kb).
