Minutes from Last Conference - To receive the Minutes from the last Conference held on 21 May 2009.

Certificates of Lawfulness - Graham Stallwood, the Royal Borough's Development Control Manager will be present to provide the Conference with an explanation of the principles of Certificates of Lawfulness.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Customer Service Centre - Jonathan James, Head of Customer Management at the Royal Borough, will be in attendance to provide the Conference with an overview of the work of the Council's Customer Service Centre.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

BT Kiosks - BT has written to all Parish Councils regarding the future of a number of red kiosks, which have been identified as low usage. BT is currently consulting on the adoption/removal of the equipment at the identified locations and has listed 17 boxes across the Borough, some of which are listed. The consultation finishes on the 14th November.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions.

Woodlands Park Village Centre - Representatives from White Waltham Parish Council will present to the Conference on the joint Royal Borough - Parish Council project to build Woodlands Park Village Centre.There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions

Presentation at Next Conference - The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in. Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in February 2010.

Date of Next Conference - 16 February 2010 at 7.00pm - Guildhall, Windsor (Council Chamber)

N.B. In consultation with the Chairman of DALC, it was agreed that two issues would be dealt with by way of an information leaflet rather than a discussion item for the agenda (Spheres of Mutual Interest Notifications and Rural Bus Services). Copies of these information sheets will be available in hard copy at the Conference on 29th October.
