To confirm the minutes of the Forum's meeting held on 2 June 2009.

ITEMS

i) Community day within the Royal Borough (Former Councillor Margaret Hyde).

ii) 'What Preparations is Maidenhead making to promote and benefit the town during the 2012 Olympics?' (Councillor Mrs Herdson & Steph James, Maidenhead Town Manager)

iii) Verbal update on the vacant shops in Maidenhead Town Centre (Steph James, Maidenhead Town Manager).

iv) Verbal update on the public toilets at the entrance to Guards Club Park, near the Rivera Hotel (Chairman).

v)Update on the street works in Maidenhead High Street (Chairman & Steph James, Maidenhead Town Manager).

DATE OF NEXT MEETING AND ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

The date of the next meeting is the 2nd February 2010, at 7pm and will be held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Maidenhead.
