To receive an update on the installation of new CCTV cameras and the digital recording system, the cost implications of converting fibre optic transmission to IP networking and the potential future opportunities for the Council's CCTV system.

To comment upon the report being submitted to Cabinet on 25 June on a comprehensive framework for ensuring that consultation is at the heart of the Council's business and an action plan for setting up the structures to take it forward.

Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public
To consider passing the following resolution:-
'That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 15 to 16 on the grounds that they involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 2 & 3 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act'
