To confirm the minutes of the Forum's meeting held on 16 February 2009.

i) To discuss a question submitted by a member of the public regarding evening noise disturbance in Maidenhead Town Centre (pdf 9.4kb) (Philip Turner).

ii) Parking situation update at St Marks Hospital.

iii) South East Water - the water/sewage around Maidenhead.

iv) Leisure Facilities for Adults and Teenagers (Councillor Mrs Herdson & Kevin Mist).

v) Current and new initiatives, along with future plans for Maidenhead Town Centre (Steph James).

vi) Free Information Zone (pdf 9.9kb) (Councillor Harris & Steph James).

vii) Decriminalisation parking verbal update (Neil Walter).

viii) Implications of Government Housing Targets on the Character of Maidenhead and the Green Belt (Bob Dulson).

ix) Verbal update on the public toilets at the entrance to Guards Club Park, near the Rivera Hotel (Councillor D Wilson).
