i) Cycling in Peascod Street.
To receive a verbal report on Cycling in Peascod Street from Gordon Oliver, (Principal Transport Policy Officer, RBWM)

ii) Taxi Marshalling - Update.

To receive a verbal update on the new Taxi Marshalling scheme from Paul Roach (Town Centre Manager, Windsor, RBWM)

iii) Impact of Recession on the number of shops in Windsor.
To respond to a question submitted by Councillor Mrs Newbound.

iv) Shopping Trolley Initiative.
To receive a verbal update on the Shopping Trolley Initiative from Nigel Davis (Senior Streetcare Officer, RBWM).

v) Results of Public Consultation on Parking in Windsor.
To receive an update on the results of the Public Consultation on Parking in Windsor from Ben Smith (Group Manager, Highway
Services, RBWM).

vi) The New Windsor Arts Centre - The Firestation (pdf 14kb)
To receive an update on how the new Windsor Arts Centre - The Firestation - is achieving from Margaret Kirby (Community and
Development Manager, RBWM).

vii) Prolonged road works at the junction of Clarence Road, Peascod Street and St Leonards Road.
This item has been referred to the Forum by Mr Antony Wood.

viii) Core Strategy and Delivery & Development Options.
To receive a report on the Core Strategy and Delivery & Development Options from Philip Hylton, (Planning Officer, RBWM).

ix) Works Currently Being Undertaken at Winkfield Road and Clewer Hill Road in Windsor. (This item is a late item added
to the Agenda 30/01/09)
In accordance with section 100B (4) (b) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Chairman has agreed to consider this item as an
urgent item at this meeting to receive a presentation by Ben Smith of Highway Services, RBWM, on the works currently being
undertaken at the junction of Winkfield Road and Clewer Hill Road in Windsor.
