To approve the revised Statement of Investment Principles, Statement of Policy Concerning Communications, and Governance Compliance Statement.Members are invited to submit their comments on these statements ahead of the meeting by email to the Pension Fund Manager at nick.greenwood@rbwm.gov.uk
To approve the Fund's Annual Report and Accounts.Members are invited to submit their comments on these statements ahead of the meeting by email to the Pension Fund Manager at nick.greenwood@rbwm.gov.uk
To appoint Members to join the Investment Working Group.
To consider the need for an annual training plan for Panel Members and the maintenance of a Members' training log.
To consider the broadening of the Pension Fund Advisory Panel to include a member drawn from the active membership and a member drawn from the deferred/pensioner membership.Members are invited to submit their comments on these statements ahead of the meeting by email to the Pension Fund Manager at nick.greenwood@rbwm.gov.uk
Local Government Act 1972 - Exclusion of the Public
To consider passing the following resolution:-"That under Section 100 (A) (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on items 11 - 18 on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act"
