Opthalmic Records at King Edward VII Hospital, Windsor
To receive a presentation on the operation of patient records at the Opthalmic Clinic at King Edward VII Hospital.

Dignity in Care
To receive a presentation by the Royal Borough, Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals Foundation Trust, Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and Berkshire East Primary Care Trust on how those organisations are addressing the issue of dignity in the delivery of care.

Improving Care at Mealtimes - The Red Tray Project (pdf 40kb)
To receive a report on how patients are supported at mealtimes at Heatherwood & Wexham Park Hospitals.

Adult Services Customer Care Annual; Report 2007/2008 - Learning and Care Directorate (pdf 81kb)

'That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting whilst discussion takes place on item 11 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of part I of Schedule 12A of the Act'
