The Forum was appointed at the Annual Council Meeting in May and the Forum's membership provides for Members of the Council (6 Members, together with named substitutes).

The Forum is invited to confirm its Membership.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

To consider a suggested Terms of Reference for the Forum.

FUTURE MEETINGS

To consider future business for Forum meetongs and to consider who will be invited to attend Future meetings.

DATE OF NEXT MEETING AND ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

The date of the next meeting is the 11 November 2008 at 5.30pm.
