To note that the Council's Programme of Meetings for 2007/08 provides for meetings of the Panel as follows (7.00pm):

• URGENT ADDITIONAL ITEM - 'PANEL'S TERMS OF REFERENCE' - The Chairman has agreed that this item should be considered as an urgent item, in accordance with Section 100B (4) (b) of the Local Government Act 1972, as it is necessary that Members consider some proposed amendments to their terms of reference at this meeting. The proposed changes are shown in bold on the attached document.
