To confirm the minutes of the Forum's meeting held on 16 October 2007.

1. Car Parking Enforcement - To receive an update from David Scott (Head of Community Services, RBWM) on Car Parking Enforcement in the Royal Borough.
2. Windsor 2008 Events - To receive a verbal update from Paul Roach (Windsor Town Manager, RBWM) on What's On in 2008 in Windsor.
3. Windsor & Eton Town Partnership - To receive a verbal update from Paul Roach (Town Manager, RBWM) on the Windsor & Eton Town Partnership.
4. Street Cleaning and Industrial Rubbish Removal - To receive a verbal update from Nigel Davis (Senior Streetcare Officer, RBWM) on Street Cleaning and Industrial Rubbish Remoal in the Royal Borough. This item has been referred to th e Forum by Mr Gibbons.
5. Consultation of Shopping Trolley Initiative - This item has ben referred to Forum by Mr Perkins (Head of Streetcare and Operations, RBWM).
6. Flooding Update - Additional question has also been referred to the Forum by Mr Gibbons.
7. Late Night Traffic Disturbance - This item has been referred to the Forum by Mr N Lancastle.

Members are asked to note that late items may be considered at the discretion of the Chairman, although Members are asked to provide notice to enable a considered discussion to take place.
