Please note that for the item on the Agenda relating to 'Windsor Park and Ride - Options Appraisal', the Chaiman has agreed to use his discretion and increase the time allotted for members of the public to speak on this item. 12 public speakers will initially be permitted to address the meeting in relation to this item, each speaker entitled to a maximum of 3 minutes each. A total allotted time of 45 minutes will be permitted for public speaking on this item.
