MINUTES FROM LAST CONFERENCE - To receive the Minutes from the last Conference held on 14 June 2007

MATTERS ARISING - Section 106 Agreements

'THE RURAL TOWN'S INITIATIVE' - To receive a presentation from Eton Town Council on their experiences of a two year process, which will see £110,000 worth of children and young people's outside play equipment provided in the Parish.

CARBON MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME - To receive a presentation from Mr Terry Gould, the Royal Borough's Head of Public Protection and Sustainability, on the Borough's adoption of this Programme. There will be an opportunity for discussion and questions.

NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICING AND SECURITY IN THE VILLAGES - Waltham St Lawrence Parish Council have submitted this item for consideration at the Conference.

QUESTIONS SUBMITTED TO THE CONFERENCE - A number of questions have been submitted by Parishes on issues relating to Planning, and answers to these questions will be available at the Conference.

PRESENTATION AT THE NEXT CONFERENCE - The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the last Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences anbd successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in. The Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference meeting.
