To comment upon the report being submitted to Cabinet on 22 November on the Borough's Financial Strategy.

RBWM BEST VALUE USER SATISFACTION SURVEY 2006/07 INITIAL RESULTS AND COMPARISON WITH 2003 RESULTS

To consider the results of the 2006/07 Best Value User Satisfaction Survey.

TREASURY MANAGEMENT (MONITORING)

To comment upon the report being submitted to Cabinet on 25 October on the Royal Borough's Treasury Management Policy arrangements.
