"What is the Borough's policy to improve the provision of Youth Services throughout the Royal Borough?"

To consider the establishment of an Alley Gating Panel
8. FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
To consider the level of fees under the Gambling Act 2005
9. NON-COUNCILLOR MEMBERS OF THE STANDARDS COMMITTEE / REMUNERATION PANEL
To advise Council of the response for members of the public to be considered as non-Councillor members of the Standards Committee and the Remuneration Panel
10. MEMBERS' QUESTIONS
To receive Questions submitted under Rule 11.2
a) Question submitted by Councillor Mrs Howes to Councillor Burbage, the Leader of the Council:
What is the cost of providing an office in the Town Hall and a personal assistant for the Leader of the Council?
b) Question submitted by Councillor Fido to Councillor Wilson, the Lead Member for Planning & Housing:
What action is being taken to speed up the implementation of planning conditions imposed by Development Control Panels, or Government Inspectors following appeals, where there is clear evidence of applicants demonstrating lethargy in the submission of basic requirements such as Operational Management and Travel Plans, Flood Plans and other building requirements, some with specific time scales which are being exceeded?
c) Question submitted by Councillor Fido to Councillor Burbage, the Leader of the Council:
With the apparent need for financial stringency, will the Leader please give a breakdown of additional expenditure now being incurred in respect of staff overtime/leave-in-lieu (including Hall Attendants, etc) and energy costs to cover both the later start (and inevitable later finish) of meetings and the newly introduced pre-meeting briefings for Members?
d) Question submitted by Councillor Mrs Napier to Councillor Burbage, the Leader of the Council:
Is the Leader confident that the Council is using mediation processes sufficiently and effectively?
e) Question submitted by Councillor Mrs Stock to Councillor Wilson, the Lead Member for Planning & Housing:
Will the Lead Member advise the current position on notification of planning appeals?
f) Question submitted by Councillor Mrs Newbound to Councillor Wilson, the Lead Member for Planning & Housing:
Given the recent unpredictable and unprecedented flash flooding in the Borough, will the Lead Member ensure that developers be required to provide an enhanced standard of surface water drainage in future?
g) Question submitted by Councillor Mrs Endacott to Councillor Burbage, the Leader of the Council:
As it is proposed to hold alternate Council meetings at the Guildhall could the Leader of the Council please inform us whether there are any plans to improve the acoustics?
10. MOTIONS ON NOTICE
To consider the following Motions submitted under Rule A12:-
i) by Councillor Dudley:
"This Council deplores the sorry state of Maidenhead railway station and the surrounding bridges and commends the campaigning from the Maidenhead MP Theresa May for improvements and calls upon Network Rail and First Great Western to engage constructively with the Council with all haste, to agree a set of remedial works to enhance the station and its infrastructure for the benefit of residents of Maidenhead and users of the station"

"This Council rejects the government's proposal to impose an increased target for dwellings to be built in this Borough and deplores the government's continued failure to provide adequate investment in the overburdened infrastructure and to properly address the urgent requirement for affordable homes."
