DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

MINUTES AND MATTERS ARISING
To receive the Minutes of the Forum held on 6 July 2006

'SOUTHERN PARISH COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE VACANCY ON THE FORUM
Members will recall that at the last meeting, it was reported that a vacancy had arisen on the Forum for one of the 'southern' parish council representatives. It was noted that an election would be held with the relevant parish councils to fill the vacancy, and it was agreed that the Secretary would undertake this process in consultation with the Chairman to seek to fill the vacancy by the next meeting of the Forum in October.

An election was undertaken with the relevant parish councils. The Forum is asked to note that Parish Councillor Tony Troughton (Old Windsor Parish Council) was the successful candidate, and the Forum is asked to welcome Parish Councillor Troughton to his first meeting this evening.
