MINUTES FROM LAST CONFERENCE - To receive the Minutes

ITEMS:

COMMUNITY SERVICES

a) S106 Update - To receive a presentation from Gail Kenyon, RBWM

b) "What is the RBWM response to problem of overdevelopment in villages and towns without provision of adequate services and infrastructure with particular reference to water shortages?" (Submitted by Datchet Parish Council, & DALC)

c) Planning Enforcement Policy - To receive a presentation from Richard Ford, RBWM (item requested by Cookham/Bisham/Wraysbury Parish Councils)

d) Planning Applications - "Please could clarification be given on the declaration of interests affecting Councillors at Development Control Panel Meetings, and could length of time allowing parish council representatives to speak at DC panel meetings be reviewed?" (Submitted by Wraysbury Parish Council, & DALC)

Enclosed with the Agenda is the Members' Guidance Note on declaring interests at Meetings, which is enclosed in all Agenda for Council meetings.

With regard to length of time allowed for speakers at Development Control Panel meetings, the time permitted for parish council representatives to speak is in accordance with the Council's Constitution. The Constitution was recently the subject of a detailed review and the revised version was agreed by the Council at its meeting held on 1 August 2006. No changes were made to this element of the Constitution.

e) In response to asking about the Borough Council's Policy regarding improved facilities for Youth Club provision, to receive a presentation on the Council's 13-19 Summer Playscheme from Kevin Mist, RBWM. (Item requested by Old Windsor Parish Council)

CRIME AND DISORDER

a) To receive a presentation from Jeffrey Pick, Maidenhead's Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator. (Item requested by DALC)
